Artificial intelligence is changing work, organizations, and entire economies faster than many want to admit. The central question is no longer whether something will change – but rather who is shaping this change and who is left behind.
At the Handelsblatt Change Congress, Prof. Dr. Nettesheim presented a clear thesis: The change, organizational development, and transformation community is the decisive lever for a successful AI transformation in companies – and thus for the future viability of Germany as a business location. He explained why AI competence is becoming the new general knowledge, why organizations need to be fundamentally rethought, and why no economic future is possible without cultural and organizational transformation.
